One page per track: the layouts (drawn from our own GPS where we’ve run them, plus the track’s official map), practice hours and prices, the rules that catch first-timers, who races there, and a Track Walk, corner by corner, once we’ve done ours. Each Track Walk is also a one-page PDF you can print and take to the fence.

Where we race
- K1 Circuit · Winchester — The 1-mile pro track an hour from Orange County where SKUSA, COTF and Tri-C all come to race, and where we spend most of our weekends.
- Apex Motorsports Park · Perris — 0.9 miles of Rocky Moran design at the Lake Perris Fairgrounds, run clockwise and counter, with lights. Tri-C’s Saturday-night home.
- Adams Motorsports Park · Riverside — Three quarters of a mile, 14 turns, racing continuously since 1959, and 45 minutes from downtown LA. Home of the AMP leagues.
- Willow Springs Kart Track · Rosamond — The Jenson Button Karting Circuit at Willow Springs: 0.625 miles, nine turns, resurfaced in 2025, high desert, wind.

Indoor
- K1 Speed · Irvine — Indoor electric rental karts, two layouts, open every night. Where a lot of SoCal kids, ours included, drive their first lap.
- K1 Speed · Anaheim — The other Orange County K1 Speed most families end up at. Same karts, different building, different rhythm.
Waiting for us to try them out
- Buttonwillow Kart Track — 0.69 miles and nine configurations next to the big road course, 126 miles from downtown LA, with the best amenities of any kart track in the state.
- Santa Maria Kart Track — A 7/10-mile club track with sixteen layouts, run by volunteers since 1959, with the coolest weather on this list.
- Spring Mountain Karting · Pahrump NV — Not in SoCal, but on SoCal’s calendar: a 1.12-mile FIA-spec track that opened in 2025 and already hosts Tri-C, IKF, SKUSA and COTF.
